FNB Ewallet, a bit of a ****
My boss sent me an ewallet on the 10th of January 2022 for R500, I went to the machine to withdraw it, the machine advised that is could only give me R400. So I took the money. I went to another machine and it advised me I had to dial a number to get a new number. I did and it charged me R11, when I tried to withdraw the R100 remaining it told me that it could only give me R50. So then I went and dialed the number for the remaining money and it charged me another R11, and said it couldnt give it to me? This is shocking truly so FNB have possibly pocketed R50?

13 Jan 2022, 09:37Your staff member put the R50 back into ewallet, and told me it wont charge me R11 again, well I have the receipt it wanted to charge me another R11. I specifically said if it does I will go to the ombudsmen and financial services and put in a complaint. I am going to report this matter. What people should advised is, we do not have the correct amount, we can give you this now and then you will be charged R11 we reapply for the other amount! Or you please use another machine that has the exact bank notes.
