FNB EWALLET A ****

Please be aware of FNB Ewallet **** - I sent money which all the consultants advised was sent to the correct cellphone number. However the Ewallet department confirmed that the money was withdrawn from KZN , Bluff ATM - The person who I sent money to did not even receive a SMS with the ewallet, neither is the money reflecting on her Ewallet history.

I have logged a ***** case: *** - however we have to wait for 7-30days for the case to be resolved which I find pathetic!!! EWALLET SUPPOSED TO BE A CONVENIENCE WITH SENDING MONEY FOR EMERGENCYS, SO NOW MY FAMILY MEMBER IS LEFT SUFFERING AS THAT WAS MY LAST MONEY I SENT TO HER AND I AM UNABLE TO SEND MORE, INFACT I WILL NEVER USE EWALLET AGAIN AS THE ****MERS OF *****STERS ARE WORKING WITH FNB TO TAKE OUR LAST.

FNB EWALLET IS A ****, THIER SYSTEMS DO NOT WORK AND THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL WITH ASSISTING. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED!!!
