FNB eWallet

I had a problem obtaining funds from eWallet. FNB contacted me and gave me instructions on how to access the monies, however I am still having issues and getting error messages on their APP when I put in the OTP number....I've tried numerous times and tried contacting them with no luck!!! Would appreciate an URGENT response from them.
