Fnb ewallet

I am writing this complain as I feel like I am not been valued enough as I received few ewallet that I can not access due to my number been linked to someone's els. I was advised to do an affidavits proving the number belongs to me. I lost track of those ewallet that were sent coz I keep getting answers stating they are funds that are paid on that account on which that account doesn't even to me but the number number. I even went to mtn to get proof that the number is mine. Can I please get all my ewallet that were sent on my number that were paid to that account that is not even mine. Can the ewallet department please help me coz it's been a while now and I think I was patient enough but still the problem was not solved.
