fnb eWallet

A client requested to pay for service via fnb ewallet. Amt was 290, when i went to withdraw i could only wwitdraw 250. I tried for few weeks at othe atm to withdraw R40. At the end I could withdraw R20 because transaction now costs R8 and they aare out of R10. Fnb had now gained R20 that I worked hard for. Client got good service and fnb R20 and me I am R20 short at the end. Mind you the client paid for this ewallet service .when you ask for help you are told that is how the service works. I was so angry. How many R10 is FNB gaining not deserving. Its not fair really.
