FNB Ewallet

Hello Peter Team Im writing to report an issue with Failed Ewallet withdrawal from an ATM on Monday 15/12/2025, The machine displayed "Recovery Machine" and didn't dispense the cash,but my ewallet account was debited and the slip cornfirms the withdrawal. I reported this to the FNB Branch immediately ( Katlehong Sam Ntuli ) on 15/12/2025 and they lodged a complaint, However, i've been informed today that FNB's Insurance has declined my claim. My Reference ***8 Please assist me in resolving this matter urgently, I'd like to understand the reasons for the decline and request a refund.
