FNB Ewaallet Service charges are a *******

The charge of R50 rands to reverse an incorrect transaction is a total ******* and the time it takes for the money to be returned. We have access to reverse other transaction form our online banking accounts why not for the Ewallet service? we are aleady paying monthly banking fees that should cover this. FNB needs to appreciate the trype of clients that use this service , we use it to send my to our families that leave far from us who need to access the money immediately . how do you justify charging me 9 rand to send R50 and another R50 to return the amount this means I have paid a cost of R59 rands to send a mere R50 amount to a family member. when you call the call centre no one can even explain this ridiculours reversal fee for ewallet.
