FNB evaulators are some piece of work & selfish

I would like to lodge a complaint on the FNB evaluator servicing Springs. The evaluator was supposed to come to no 41 Kings Avenue but he went to no14. Then later, he said he will come for no 41. He never contacted the agent or the seller to evaluate the property at no 41. Then later, he then submit a evaluation report to FNB without even going to the property to evaluate. Then he give a report that the property isn't good. Is it fair that FNB evaluators do what they want without getting physically to the property? Why will FNB allow that behavior? I have a FNB bond since 2020 in the same suburb. So why this house different from the house FNB gave me bond for? I feel FNB allowed this evaluators to discriminate against certain agents which is totally wrong. Can FNB evaluate the property & give proper feedback? Also it should be done by another black evaluator for fairness!
