FNB Estates lack of response

On Wednesday 31st August I phoned FNB Estates Umhlanga to report my mother's passing. I spoke to Sharlane who assured me that someone will contact me that afternoon. On Friday 2nd September I left a message on the manager Douglas Arthur's phone (cell ********** 930). No return call from the manager. Again on Monday 12th September I spoke to Sharlane and complained that nobody had contacted me from their department. To date nobody has bothered to contact me. If you are mourning the death of a loved one I sincerely hope their will is not with FNB Trusts. My late father and mother banked with FNB, my business account is with FNB (for now anyway). Shame on you FNB Trust, what disgusting service or lack thereof. As for the manager Douglas, what example are you setting for your staff members? FNB Estates, according to the estate Act, you have 2 weeks to report my mother's estate to the Master. Your establishment is contravening the estates Act?
