FNB Estate Late issues

I have been trying to get assistance with a late Estate account now since October of last year and still waiting for feedback from FNB Estate Late department. Attorneys have also tried communicating but get no response. I'd like to get the Estate finalized however the only thing left is a certificate of balance from FNB
