FNB ESTATE DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING

Hi I have actually lost count on how many times I've been writing this review about the same people,service and incompetence of the FND ESTATE DEVISION. I was on a call at 11:00 on the 09/12/2022 with the lady that's handling my mother's estate by the name of Fhatuwani Mulangeni who spoke to me rudely and over me. When I told her that her tone was condensing she told that's the problem with us black people. To think that I was asking why they made a mistake regarding the policy in question, she became defensive and said she also doesn't understand the jargon on policies,I tried calling/emailing the estate manager Natasja Roodt but she's on leave until 09/01/2023, I then tried communicating with Sipho Mahungela I can't get hold of him. These have been trying times since we are still grieving and this matter is not treated with sensitivity. FNB ESTATE FIDUCIARY is worst when it comes to matters of Estates, I'm disappointed and appalled how this issue has been handled. Going for 2 years with no progression. I want the phone recordings of this date please.
