FNB Estate department refusing to speed verification process.

After the complain that i did, i was contacted by one of FNB consulted who confirmed the bank can speed up the process of verifying the LOA since it was their oversight and advised we contact FNB estate department who is responsible for verification.

We contacted the relevant department who was unable to confirm that they will speed up the process and advise the turnaround time will be 31 working days which is 07 July 2026.

At first it was 30 days now is 31 working days, FNB is being unfair to us we cannot wait that long since the account was opened 2024.

We urgently need the hold to be removed from the account, we know already that it can be done, it seems FNB staff they do not wanna do their work as they failed us from day the account was opened.
