FNB ESTATE DEPARTMENT has the worst customer service ever. My case has been ongoing since 2021, I have copied almost everyone I can think of and still the matter is not resolved. The agent that is dealing with our case is Fhatuwani Mulangeni and her direct manager Natasja Roodt have zero interest I'm sorting out our case. I have long emails were I even asked for telephone recordings regarding Fhatuwani insulting me and I still don't have them. Natasja seems like shes covering for Fhatuwani because she heard the recording and it might hurt their department. We were informed on the 28/08/23 that payouts will be made in 21 working days, today 04/10/2023 when we followed up we were informed that we should wait for another 21 working days. What should the next step be because we are not happy at all.
