FNB Estate department Hold up?

What is going on with FNB Estates ? Why do my lawyers have to write numerous letters asking them to transfer my mother’s funds into the estate account? Been going on for a few months and is holding up the estate ??? Still not done as of 08/02/2022 and she died in August last year ???? Annoying
