FNB Estate department

FNB institution is the worst to have a will with them it’s over year since my mothers passing and already 2 people that were in charge of the will procedure are no longer there. I had to call numerous times and was only informed this year January that another person is handling our case. I had since send an email to ask about the progress and I haven’t received any feedback. Natasja Roodt is the manager and it seems like they don’t care about their client which is unprofessional. My younger sister whom is still in school needs her fees paid hasn’t paid them as she was depended on my mother. I would not advise anyone to have a will with FNB with their poor service. HelloPeter what happens when one writes for the 3rd about the same issue clearly it seems that it’s not working.
