FNB estate administrator ignoring clients that are in need of her service.

In June 2020 my grandfather passed on and left his estate behind for us which we had to deal with fnb to get it first , till this day i haven’t been helped by fnb regardless of the fact that i’m trying to get in contact with the estate administrator every single day , i spoke to her about three times and she promised me weekly updates , not once has she updated me on what’s happening with the estate. Maggie Snyman is her name , she’s been ignoring my calls . it’s been over 2 and a half years since my grandfather passed on and there still hasn’t been any progress regarding the estate, and my grandmother fully depends on it to get her life moving
