FNB Estate

I have an unprofessional experience with the FNB Fiduciary Department. My father passed away a year ago and FNB is the Estate Administrator specifically the PE Office.

Till this day I have not received any concrete information, documentation and any sort of legit update on his estate. All I was told was there is a “shortfall” in funds. That was the last email that I received regarding his estate. Not knowing why and how because nothing has been ever sent to me.

I have been sending countless emails to them and all I get is “I am currently out of the office”. I still revert the the email to the relevant parties provided by them and I get the same response back.

What is going on ?

I even had to get the master of court involved due to lack of communication.

It’s over a year now and till this day I am waiting. It is really frustrating and unprofessional to what is being done by the FNB office. Absolutely appalling as one is left in not knowing what is happening.

When I call, the calls don’t get answered. When I email occasionally they don’t get answered.
