FNB ERROR COULD COST ME MY CONTRACT!

FNB Northmead mistake could cost me my contract with a client!!! In a time such as this where small businesses are going under due to the pandemic and other issues, I really cannot afford such carelessness that could cost me such a big client. I have reported this to the Ombudsman and will fight until it’s rectified. What irritates me more is their unwillingness to admit that they are at fault. The supervisor just spinned everything and admitted that should they take the blame, it will not look good with the Ombudsman.
