FNB Error code: 8030

Hi, I have linked my fnb account to pay but when i tried to redraw from my paypal to fnb it gives me this error: the buyer cannot pay with paypal for this transaction. Error code: 8030. I have tried several times and for more than 3 days still same results. I will really appreciate if fnb can look into that issue and get back to me. Thanks
