FNB ERROR 217

I keep on getting error code: 217 every time I try to make a payment online or do a transfer from one account to another. This is a HUGE problem since there are certain things that I need to pay, and I have debit orders going off on my one account and I need to transfer funds over. I am unable to reach any form of telephonic support, all numbers on your website and on the internet simply ring or inform me that you are closed on public holidays. Unfortunately, I expect you to be able to assist me any day of the year. I need help ASAP. I will not pay late fee's due to the fact that your facilities are not working and there is no help available when I need it.
