FNB Enterprise Business = USELESS!!!!

If I could give lower stars I would!!!

My Business Consultant have not introduced herself/ himself to me since I opened my bank account!

I have been waiting almost two months for my Collections Functionality to be activated on my FNB Enterprise profile!!!

And to top all of that, there has been funds deducted from my bank account for a courier fee although I have not ordered or received any card.
