FNB - Enterprise Business Platform - Their own staff doesn't know how it works!!!

FNB consultants are not trained on how to handle issues from the Enterprise Banking Online platform. Nobody knows what to do and they will just referring you to the next person and nobody knows how to assist, even the BUSINESS MANAGER. I was supposed to be served by Aysha Abed, a whole business manager in Tshwane and the service I got from her is shocking!! The most frustrating thing is that she just ignored my requests, like she made me feel like I have to beg for her to give proper service!! It's unbelievable. To a point that the business had no choice but to close the account, cause we simply can't get the assistance we need!!!
