FNB Enterprise Banking - worst banking experience in SA

FNB Enterprise Banking Online has to be the worst business banking experience in the country. Pathetic service, and a call centre filled with unknowledgeable, semi-competent (at best) staff who seem unable to do anything for themselves. Their service level makes Home Affairs look world class. Absolutely everything with FNB is a hurry up and wait scenario/fill out another form/"Eish let me ask my supervisor"/"have you tried to do this on our APP?"/get put on hold again... Best Digital Bank? Not even remotely close to other banks when it comes to service and professionalism. Raise your game FNB and fix your business banking customer service. It's appalling.
