FNB Enterprise Banking

FNB Enterprise banking !!! Been trying now for almost 2 weeks to set up users . 4 phone calls later of approx 20min and I am no further down the line . Ask for my portfolio managers details and get cut off and no-one calls me back ? Surely if you have spent 20min with someone and you keep putting them on hold and then they get cutoff you call back ?? Now I have to start the whole process again.
