Fnb Ensure
Fnb ensure contacted me for insurance. We ask the lady three times will the vehicle be covered in case of a accident will the damages be covered. Her reply was yes 100% I then accepted the insurance because its fnb and I bank with them.
The weekend of the 5th of October I collided with another vehicle. I battled two weeks to get hold of fnb Ensure but eventually got hold of them and guess what they dont cover my vehicle. I've asked them to mail me the recording of to when the lady sold me the insurance but up to now nothing . What can I do?
