FNB, enough is enough, cancel it all!!

Once again no service from my Private Banking Team. Close to two weeks the requests that I made to both the FNB Private Banking and RMB Private Banking Teams have been ignored, it's clear your staff only get active after brand damage is done. FNB Private Banking Suite is a ****, FNB is not interested in the Private Banking Segment, they are happy to charge you Private Banking fees yet want you to do everything yourself. Enough is enough, I want out. Cancel everything.
