FNB english bank statements

I have seen multiple similar complaints previously : I need to apply for a VISA and need 3 months bank statements, but FNB is only ably to give it to me in Afrikaans. I have a premier bank account. Firstly, I've been trying to call FNB using the premier call number. After waiting for more than 10 minutes on 3 occasions, I've given up. Today I finally got through, but the lady was very unhelpful. I asked her how I can get a 3 month bank statement in english for application of a visa. She told me it is impossible and said sorry. But how can this be? Does that mean my life is placed on hold for 3 months because my bank can't give me a statement in english? The lady could not get a supervisor on the line either.

Also, I've been emailing FNB for weeks with no response. How is that acceptable?

The FNB app is glitchy. I could not download any statements from there. It keeps on loading over and over again. The website is also glitchy. I would like to understand how a bank like FNB is so difficult to communicate with? How is a bank in 2019 not able to give you an english bank statement? This has been a problem for years, why are they not doing anything about it?
