FNB Engen R500 Promotion

I just got a R500 promotion voucher from FNB to redeem on my Engen1 App. I saw the voucher on the app this morning.

After getting ready to redeem the voucher. They removed it from my app. Its no longer there.

Please resend the voucher or re instate it... Why would you trick people like that.
