Fnb encouraging *****
I have full signing powers on my mother's bank acc. Her card on her acc has expired. The courier keeps phoning me. First they wanted to speak to my mother. They do not understand what full signing powers are. They refuse to help me. This morning they phoned me and wanted to know my personal details. The bank has these details. Why should I give my personal details to a stranger over the phone. I was informed by the couriers that my mother will not have a card to operate her account If I do not give my details. Is this the way that FNB operates, yet they advise clients to be vigilant? What is going on?
