FNB encouraging customers to close their accounts

I opened a business account with FNB and they wanted to charge me to deliver the card. So I let them know I will collect. Eventually went to the bank to collect, waited nearly an hour and then they billed me for the card anyway. I have tried for more than 3 months to get them to reverse this even letting them know I will close my account. They came back to me and said I am welcome to close my account. Interesting business strategy FNB. Show your customers the middle finger.
