FNB encouraging ***** by withholding all incontact sms messages

FNB as of yesterday, nuked my ability to receive OTP codes when doing online banking, and as of today, killed my ability to receive any form of messages regarding incontact, and any and all transactions on my accounts.

Now they are trying to force me to install the FNB app , which I do not trust, in order to receive messages which was always sent via SMS to the same number for years.

Change was suspiciously made after I complained about OTP codes not being sent after trying to make a purchase on Takealot YESTERDAY, and No OTP CODES were sent out.
