FNB encourages ********** activities in clients bank account

I called FNB and I was holding for more than 30 minutes and I decided to chat on the FNB app. Every time I use the chat function I do not get assistance, the same happened a week ago. I then sent an email, see the attached email. I still have not had from FNB. I could not attach the screenshot of the email I sent, but I have it should the need arise.
