FNB enabling foreign mecharnts to swindle its clients.

FNB is unreliable for international transactions. One major frustration is the excessive time they take to resolve disputes. Their 'Chat' assistant is ineffective, often resulting in being told to wait for an agent who never responds.

Here is my story: I made a payment on the 23rd of April (transaction *** *** 00 05 PAYSTACK *WORL), but FNB delayed releasing the funds to the merchant until the merchant declined the transaction. Meanwhile, my account was already debited. I had to use another bank to complete the payment, and to this day, I have not received a refund.
