FNB enabling ***** again by denying incontact and otp codes via sms

FNB Ruining my dy again by making it impossible to get hold of customer care via secure chat on the FNB chat because they interfered with my ability to receive incontact sms and OTP Code sms messages again. And now they completely nuked my ability to receive the codes via my backup contact that was email and that always worked.
