FNB enabled *****

I have lodge a ***** compliant with a ***** Investigator Team Leader at FNB Consumer Segment
27 Diagonal Street FNB Towers Johannesburg. This team leader informed me now after I have emailed him asking for feedback on my complaint and supplying him with a case number. He informs me that numerous complaints have been received for this SPECIFIC ACCOUNT. My question for FNB is why did you guys allow numerous consumers to be de*****ed out of their hard earned cash? I blame FNB cause firstly FNB FAILED to comply with the FICA ACT cause if verifications was accurately done FNB would have picked up these documents are **********, meaning FNB did NOT DO THEIR JOB and secondly FNB FA**** to comply with the CPA as FNB allowed a ********* to make use of their system to de***** FNB clients.

FNB I want my money back from you guys at FNB cause FNB employer that opened the account is *********** to work for FNB and the manager as well that authorized this account and because FNB failed to protect their consumers cause if FNB have received numerous complaints why have FNB not frozen this account earlier to prevent additional financial damage happening to FNB consumers? I also want to know what protective measures have FNB taken to protect me? Cause clearly FNB did not comply with FICA nor CPA which is there to protect mostly us the consumers. So FNB when can I receive my money back which you guys allowed to be taken? Yes FNB allowed it cause usually if an account is not legit the transfer will fail to be successfully submitted. FNB must pay back the money as it is due to FNB’s negligence that numerous FNB consumers have lost their money because FNB failed to follow the correct procedure to avoid this from happening – FNB should REFUND me as well as all other FNB consumers impacted by this.

Due to FNB failure FNB should take accountability for this ***** and refund all FNB consumers affected by this - FNB could have prevented this from happening!
