FNB empty promises

I finally received a call from FNB, only after writing the above-mentioned review on HelloPeter. I explained the situation as set out in the above review and was told by the lady, Effie Mtembi, that she will call me again on Thrusday regarding the astronomical interest FNB is charging ME because my (previous) debt Counsellor, paid the money into the wrong account and left me out to dry. I am requesting the interest to be lowered as the mistake is not mine, but I am now the one left to sort out the mess and pay with money i don't have (hence the debt counselling after all!) Needless to say, no call was forthcoming from Effie or FNB. No, FNB, you don't help people, you bury them.
