FNB - empty promises

The e-bucks reward system descriminates on banking done on other platforms such as conventional banking or telephone or cellphone banking , seems like they want us all to avoid going to banks maybe so they can lay off staff , and close branches , I was registered for ebucks and have been an fnb client for nearly 30 years , i qualify for ebucks in all other respects exept that i dont log onto the app every month or use onnline banking mostly due to the obvious crime risks attached to it in south africa , I think those old people who make so much effort to do their banking at the branch in their areas are doing more effort than those who sit behind computers ie those loyal customers deserve rewards , you dont communicate changes in your policies before you unilaterally amend the terms and conditions of this reward system , I urge all south africans read the fine print be careful of empty promises
