FNB EMPTY PROMISES
<p>Please make sure when apply for a home loan. We were approved for a future loan. We did the renovation and wanted to pay back the contractors. When we ask for the future loan that was approved, they decline it and leave us in the dark. They want to assist with a personal loan with a high interest rate, but cannot give us the future loan that they approved. Please do not use FNB for home loans. When asking questions they just copy and paste, and still waiting for a manager to contact me...</p>

Ok, FNB phoned and said sorry we are willing to loose clients as we cannot assist you. Thanks FNB, I will be moving my accounts to a bank that is willing to assist and that can comunicate with clients. Amos need to go on training how to deal with clients for home loans. Thank you for nothing.
