FNB employees using FNB resources to possibly de***** the elderly.

I would like to report a possible ***** / ********* business practice by FNB employee: Bianca Whittle. This person has been harassing my elderly mother for a Letter of Authority and Death Certificate of my late father who passed on early January 2019. She claims to have with her a Will which allegedly belongs to my father and is demanding the letter and certificate in order to "release" the Will. This is strange because we have checked with FNB and they confirmed no such Will exists. Also, I was under the impression that once a death notice has been received by the bank, and the bank is in possession of a Will, said Will would be forwarded to The Master of the High Court for purposes of administering the deceased estate. I am therefore urgently requesting for someone in management to please contact me on ********** / ********** to discuss this matter further. I would like to say that I am considering opening a ***** case against Bianca and FNB.
