FNB employees making dreams a reality

Today I would like to thank Gugu Mandla (FNB private banker) and Anthony Malungani (FNB home loan relationship Analyst). It all started when I decided to buy my first home. Instantly I was declined by all other banks and thinking I am banking with FNB for over 20 years I would be successful got declined there as well which I felt was for for small minor reasons. No one wanted to listen and I then reached out to Gugu (MY FNB Private banker) and gave her my reasons and run down for a bond, she understood and started going more than the extra mile to see what she can do and how she can assist me, she pushed in every avenue, kept me update constantly, spoke to different channels to see how I could get approved and this is where Gugu got Anthony in. He worked till late hours as well, keeping me informed all the time and made every effort to see how they can make mine and my family's dream a reality. After 2 long weeks and with great assistance and efforts from the two I finally received a letter stating that I have been approved. After several attempts from else where and this being my last resort, I cannot explain how grateful I am for there assistance and perseverance to assist me. I want to thank them and wish the all the best and also pray that their dreams get fulfilled . They really lived up to the slogan " How can we help you". Thank you very much guys
