FNB Employees are **********

1000 was deducted in my account out of nowhere, when I went to enquire their call centre agent with so much bad attitude said it is for a device and they have been looking for me and couldn't find me so they took the money. I never got a letter nor phone calls, no arrangement was done and she said they will never refund it. My problem is, who gave them the authority to deduct my money without making arrangements surely I bank with them why didn't they phone me. The lady at enquiries also had a bad attitude when I told her she must just close my account. I will never use this bank ever again
