FNB EMPLOYEE RENDER EXCELLENT SERVICE

On Monday 1 February 2016 I went to Mall at Reds (Rooihuiskraal) to get my Internet banking profile unlocked. I was helped immediately and even though Zandile's point was closed as she was busy with another case, she was willing to assist me and walked the extra mile for me as a client. My query was resolved quickly and smoothly and she was very friendly all the time. <br> <br> Thank you Zandile you are a true public servant and you need to be recognized for it!
