FNB EMPLOYEE misleading and *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a gearbox from a gentleman in jhb he sent me a invoice via his wife who also happens to be a employee of FNB. When I received the email with the invoice I looked at it and realized his wife worked for FNB and didn't think it would be a **** or anything else. After 2 weeks of stories fed by her husband, I emailed her expressing my dissatisfaction, her reply was that her husband no longer in business and that he would have to make payment arrangements, I then rep**** and told her that she was party to ***** as money was paid to her account and email was from her email address so as to legitimize there ***** activities, her reply was do wat I want!!!!!!!! We have contacted FNB ***** decision tried to do a transaction reversal but this matter seems to fall on deaf ears as nobody seems to see that there co worker is using there position to aid and abet her husband's activities and nobody seems to take any action. I don't understand that I've supp**** FNB with all relevant information yet I still sit ****med.
