Fnb employee is sleg

I'm shocked that FNB Addo Sunday rivervalley opens accounts for people, refuse to give them confirmation of account letters. Then rudely tell people to stand in line by atm and draw a statement. Been standing by atm for 2 hours it doesn't print its out of paper. No one came to assist, why should u bank with a bank that gives no service delivery , worse thing is This Fnb is the only one on town and people are dependant on it. The employees is lazy and rude and refuse to be helpful...I'm upset for days...FNB I'm very disappointed.
