FNB EMPLOYEE CAUSED FAMILY TO STARVE BY NOT PAYING RENT!!! RENT

I desperately need help with FNB. I have a tenant who works at FNB. She doesn't want to pay rent and my family; mother and grandma is literally starving as I can no longer support them financially. She moved in January. Has only paid rent for January. She hasn't signed a contract. She hasn't paid for her water and electricity since January. She now claims the property is a health hazard but when they moved in the said it's fine and even declined our offer to paid. She also says she hired someone to fumigate and clean the carpet which I am prepared to reimburse her . And if she did all that work on the property how's it a health hazard? She requested a notice to terminate the lease but is now protesting that it's mid month and she will move out month end. She quotes and states the law when she refers to me as a landlord but she follows no law side. I need her to move out as I need the income to support my extended family but she doesn't understand that. She is owing January water and electricity, February rent and water and electricity and sewer. She hasn't paid For March but she is demanding to stay till end of March. This is shocking. To have a tenant who works for prestigious bank and person who is educated and who also owns property and knows about paying the bond and all carry on this way is not only frustrating but appalling. Please assist me. I am desperate for help. My family is suffering; literally no food. My grandma is old and sickly. My mom also has a medical problem.

FNB I am crying out to you. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!
