FNB Email boxes are unattended

I informed FNB I am currently waiting for documetns toapply for a VISA as I accepted a position in Asia. DIRCO is taking (as I understood) 5-8 weeks to complete the process. Other documents for the process I alreay received. IFNB now send another message from *** and I tried to answer to once again explain the situation but the email seems to be an unattended email box. I then sent an email to *** and it also came back.

Please could FNB help?
