FNB & ELECTRICITY VENDOR FAILURES

I am not sure if others are experiencing the same. But what is it with FNB & Prepaid Electricity?? - Tried online banking, request failed. Tried purchasing on the App, says Vendor down, but I go to Capitec and no problem. I have this recurring so regularly, that it is driving me insane. Failed Transactions sometimes 3 to 4 times. FNB please please your systems need updating when it comes to prepaid electricity.
