FNB electricity Service fee

Both my wife and i bought electricity from the FNB App and now out of the blue they charge a "service fee" since when ? and why do you charge a service fee if we pay banking fees ? Please refund our money. I have been a FNB customer for years but if you continue robbing us like this I'm sorry to day I'll to another bank.
