Second time I am deducted a ridiculous amount for "service fees" after buying prepaid electricity.

I bought a R300 voucher. R216 of that voucher went to a service fee, and of course, FNB just washes their hands of it and blames the service provider.

But at what point does FNB stand up for their customers and investigate why THEIR chosen service provider is robbing us, their clients' blind for no reason whatsoever?
