FNB Eldoraigne Branch is #WIN Team

My FNB Easy Account Card expire end of August 2021. I have been struggling with getting a new card. There is no doubt that Banks (like many other large corporates dealing with Consumers) are finding it very difficult to have a consistent message conveyed when adapting to COVID-19. After been send from pillar to post by FNB Call Center and individuals at local branch, the branch manager at FNB Eldoraigne showed me what it is to #WIN a Client back. She called me an apologised for the experience I had - no excuses or lack of accountability as normal with others. She invited me to the branch, welcomed me and again apologised before she proceeded to ensure that I get new card. The #WIN attitude is evident from her staff - the Teller who assisted me was friendly , professional and courteous - more that I can say of the Call Center.
